In business since 1991, Pepita opened her first designer clothing store in Cabo San Lucas.  It was such a hit that the Southern Californian transplant decided to relocate, calling Los Cabos home.  With a passion for high-end clothing combined with Bohemian sheik, Pepita opened her next store located only at Las Tiendas de Palmilla. 

Pepita captures the essence of the higher end shopper.  Labor intensive clothing includes hand-painted silk dresses, and custom fit for each body-type.  Handmade jewelry, scarves, bags, necklaces, earrings, bracelets, purses, blouses, and accessories go perfectly with each dress. 

Shopping at Pepita means having a positive attitude about yourself, your life, and your body or as she says, “I cannot help the negative or low self-esteemed woman…”  Having fun is part of shopping at Pepita, which reflects the lifestyle found in Los Cabos.

Colorful patterns, silk, and hand-painted dresses are as real as it gets and so is the owner, Pepita.  Wardrobe fittings are part of the designer’s process, product knowledge and fabrics are Pepita specialty and custom fittings are part of the shopping experience.  Offering European, silk, and an assortment of fabrics.
